Abstract
The incidence of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) has been steadily increasing since the early 1980s and, in contrast to the past, today more than 60% of RCCs are detected incidentally. However, incidentally detected adrenal pheochromocytoma in addition to RCC of the same affected side is extremely rare. Here, we report a case of adrenal pheochromocytoma and RCC, on the left side, in a 65-year-old woman.
